The website https://www.cloud4things.com and the mobile application ‘cloud4things’ (together “Website”) are owned and operated by Cloud4things Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956, (“Company”). The Company owns and operates a proprietary application with respect to IoT applications for residents in housing societies , industries, and commercial buildings and also provides certain associated services (“Services”).
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy practices of the Company with respect to the entire content of the Website.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use on an online portal of the Company.   11. ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESS
    To enable end user to pay online through our platform for services/products being availed, we use third-party services for payment processing.
    Any payment collected for the building owner of PG/Hostels for the period of the 1st to the 30th of the month shall be paid by the 7th of the next month. This is subject to net outstanding of accounts.
    We will not store or collect your payment card details or account details.

That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
